Hello Marine!
I'm Tammy and this is my husband, Major Don Griffith. We live on Camp Lejeune in Courthouse Bay. We love this area and we enjoy exploring, hiking, walking, and anything that gets us moving.
What is Trauma Reboot?
Trauma Reboot is a 12-week course that deals with trauma and how to overcome and thrive. It's a structured weekly class and requires participation and a small amount of homework. It covers topics such as the roots of trauma, decision making, and handling tough emotions such as anger, guilt, shame, grief, and unforgiveness. It's a group of people wanting to move forward and we quickly become a family.

Crisis
If you are feeling alone, hopeless, or in crisis, I get it. While I'm not a therapist, I'm trained in biblical counseling and suicide prevention. I'm also a grandma with a gentle spirit and patience.
